DON'T LIVE YOUR LIFE ON THE INTERNET (or attached to the screens)

The internet usage has boomed in the recent years and almost everyone on the internet. I don't need to quote surveys or studies, just look around you and you will find the people glued to the screens. I think majority of people's answer to their phone usage is they're doing something productive on it or they use it only for being productive, but let's be realistic we are not using it for anything other than entertainment. Even those who have a delusion that they are being productive or they are doing the work on the mobile spend most of their time watching shorts or tik-tok. Prolonged usage of the internet makes you: - anxious and depressive - gives you bad posture - it fries your last two brain cells left - reduces your sleep quality and mess with your eyesight.  - destroys your attention span and mess with your brain It is not a conspiracy theory that the tech companies hire psychologist/neurologist to design their "platforms" so that they can have you spen...

The Redbubble Experience

This is not a "How to make $100,000/month from Redbubble" post. I am writing this to share my experience of running a Redbubble shop for six months. Redbubble is a marketplace where you upload your design and their team print it on the tees, stickers, badges etc., on demand. And you get paid your share of the sales at the month end. I made my shop in the late January this year (2026), my shop's niche/theme was Linux where I uploaded cool/witty Linux sticker designs. In the beginning, I used to upload 2-3 designs/day and by March, 2026 I had 90 designs in total.  In February, I received no impressions and sales, at this time I was uploading consistently and in the mid March I got my first sales and at the month end I ended up with $5 after all the fees and deductions. I also used ChatGPT for SEO and tags in the start for 3-4 designs but after that I used my own strategy with the tags and SEO. There are two types of tags in Redbubble. Main tag and Normal tag. In the main ta...

2026 is NOT the Year of Linux

I was using Linux Mint secretively for four months and I have a lot to write about my experiences with it. Linux Mint is regarded as the newbie friendly distro, and it is true most of the time. But you have to make several changes to make it work as a normal windows 10 installation would work. I was using Linux Mint XFCE version, I know it is not their flagship version but I went with it because I had to use some statistics software for my final year graduation project. And my experience with it was pretty good expect some small things. The first issue was continuous stuttering and freezing of the desktop. It could be understandable if it was during the time of running resource intensive software but normal usage of Firefox browser also freeze my computer sometimes. The second issue was the screenshot application which comes pre-installed, it is not a faulty application but I think 4-5 clicks for capturing a screenshot is very time-wasting way of doing it, also it doesn't copy the...

New Digital Home + Update

I haven't posted anything since March and I have many updates to give to my blog readers (I know I don't have any but it sounds cool). First of all, I have redirected the traffic from my neocities webpage to this site. The motive behind that was, I have a kind of attachment with Blogger. It was my first blogging platform and I started on Blogger when I was 13 years old, so I have kind of emotional attachment with this platform. And, the themes of blogger gives very homely vibes which I never found on other platforms. That's why I have finally made the blogger my new digital home after so many years.  I have tried listing this blog on blogroll.org but they haven't listed my blog despite sending them request multiple times in these last 6 months. So, I am not trying anymore to get listed on it, but my neocities blog page is listed on the biglist , which another indexing website which index different personal homepage and website. If you're looking for blogroll then ...

Windows LTSC

If you have clicked on this post, I am assuming you know what is Windows Operating System and have once used it in your life. If I have to give you a gist of this blog then it is that Windows LTSC is better than its consumer oriented version.  Windows LTSC is targeted mainly towards businesses but you can get it into your hands if you know how to sail a ship or boat. I have been using Windows 10 LTSC IOT for more than a year now as my main operating system, after ditching Linux for good. So, I think I am in a great position to review the LTSC.  The good things which I have discovered during my use are: Fast No Bloatware Low memory consumption as well as cpu It is faster than the Windows 10 Pro as it doesn't have "shiny" features Pro comes with. LTSC is the pretty bare bone Windows version and you will not get the MS Store apps or any other apps already installed as it doesn't come with MS Store pre-installed but you can install it later on, like I did. Lower amount of...

Qehwa: A drink to cure cold symptoms

Qehwa is a drink made by boiling cinnamon, cardamom, saffron and liquorice.   First add 1L of water in a pot and bring it to boil and add all the spices mentioned above and reduce water by 35% and drink it warm. You can also add sugar during boiling or while serving. Honey can also be used as a sweetener but don't add it in boiling water as it can destroy the essential enzymes present in honey. Always add honey while serving or when the water is warm not boiling. Additionally you can also add chopped almond and nuts. Quantity: Cinnamon: 2 inch  Cardamom: 3-4 Saffron: 2-3 strands Liquorice: half-inch
